One-component polyurethane membrane used for waterproofing roof elements (parts)
Thixotropic, one-component liquid membrane used for sealing structural parts of the rooftop, and corner joints. The material contains pure hydrophobic elastomeric polyurethane resins reinforced with fibers, which allows the use without additional reinforcement with geotextiles.
Because of its unique formulation, it cures rapidly to form a membrane with a thick layer, without bubbles and with excellent mechanical properties and high resistance to mechanical, thermal, atmospheric agents, and UV effect. This product is ideal for use in the winter months or relatively low humidity climates.
Application area
• Details and elements of building structures • Corner joints of wall and floor • Joints of dissimilar materials • Pipes, chimneys and sewage systems
Features and benefits
No additional reinforcement required
Fast-drying! Incrustation time - 2 hours
Membrane without bubbles and defects
Excellent climate and UV resistance
Excellent heat resistance, the membrane is never soft. Recommended operating temperature of 90° С
Resistance to cold, the membrane remains elastic even at a temperature of -35° C
Excellent mechanical properties, high tensile strength and abrasion resistance
Application procedure
1
The substrate must be dry, chemically neutral, even, strong - without cracks and damage, clean - without dust, rust or flaking particles. Traces of contamination from oil, oil substances or chemicals must be removed.
2
Before applying the material, the substrate must be processed with a suitable primer: ISOPOLANT MS or ISOPOLANT GD.
3
The material must be only mixed manually without using a mixer. If necessary, add up to 10% of a solvent.
4
Apply the material with a brush in one layer. The minimum flow rate of 1.8 kg/m2.
General information
5 kg
It can be stored for 12 months minimum in the original unopened buckets in dry places at a temperature from 5° C to 25° C. Once opened, use as soon as possible.
Contains volatile flammable solvents. Apply in well-ventilated, no smoking areas, away from naked flames. Indoors, use ventilators and carbon active masks. The MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) is available on request.
